SOLVED Missing rims

I have a problem, that all in-game cars, and some of the mod cars spawn without the rims. Like they have tires, but no rims. How do i fix this? Because i scanned for missing files (In-game and in the Steam), cleared cache, but still no progress.
Edit: I kinda explored the car config menu, and the rims just aren't showing up at the wheels tab, that is strange

 

you probably have a mod that is causing it remove any recently added mods
and clear cache (both standard and deep clean for best results)
if that doesn't work try safe mode
If that still doesn't work submit a bug report

 

Doesn't "Deep Mode" also do what the normal mode already does?

 

yeah thats clashing mods. had that when i had lie 200+ mods installed. maybe consider purging some mods

 

So, clearing cache didn't help, in the safe mode i have the rims, so i guess i'll just look through the mods

 

if i removed ALL of my mods and the rims still dont apear, i propably have to reinstall the game, correct?

 

this is the same for me, cars spawn without them
