   I was going to make a skin for a car to see what I can do in paint.net, so I went to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\BeamNG.drive\content\vehicles, like the tutorial said, and there was no files. Please help.

   Are you sure your game is installed there?
   
   Open Steam, go to Library.
   Right-Click BeamNG.Drive.
   Go to Properties.
   Go to Local Files tab
   Go to Browse Local Files.
   A window will open and you will be at Steam/Steamaps/Common/BeamNG.Drive
   That's where your game is installed.
