Missing file: vcruntime140_1.dll after running integrity check after game not running

I know many people have had this problem before but nothing will solve my solution. Reinstalling MS Visual Studio, running both the Beamng integrity check and the steam one, clearing cache, I don't know what to do.

I am also encountering this issue (I am also missing the none.json file). I verified game files using the beamng launcher and it said I was missing a file. But then, in steam (I verified game files of beam) and in System32, the vcruntime140_1.dll file is not missing (I am not missing any files).

Game launches and runs normally. No error codes. I don't know what the fix for this is.
