Menu Locks up with XBCD drivers

While going into edit the controls if I select show all functions the menu becomes very slow to respond. I believe the issue has to do with the XBCD drivers I use to be able to use my Xbox controller S because this issue goes away if I unplug the controller. Problem is I don't want to play with a keyboard and I have no idea what the current controls are set to on my controller. I think this may have been resolved at one point but it appears to be broken again.

Idk if using x360ce to make the game think it is a regular 360 controller instead of the game using the XBCD drivers would help or make it worse.

Although after having the issue massively yesterday today it seemed to run a lot better, it was still slightly slow to switch between menus after selecting show all controls but was not to the point where it felt as though the entire menu had crashed.

We have tried to reproduce your issue, following your explanations, but have found it impossible.
Can you please retry after disabling all your mods. Or even better, after performing a clean reinstall?

Seems to be ok, it takes an extra second or two to switch away from the controls menu to say graphics with advanced bindings selected but it doesn't in any way feel like it has totally locked up. Seems alright to me.
