Massive fps drops suddenly

Hello guys ,

I have a problem that i can´t cure for months now. I got a new gaming computer and it could run Beamng Drive really good until a few months ago.
When I play Beamng Drive for like 10 minutes my fps drops from 100 to 20 in a second. Than my gameplay speeds up and slows down permanently. I also looked at the performance diagram in the game and the specs were spred unregular ,shaped like tall mountians ,in the diagram .I can´t describe it ,i wiil leave a picture here.
The gpu´s usage in the Task manger is 39% ,but in Geforce expirience it reaches nearly 100% .When the problem is there the usage switches from 90% to 20% ,than to 80% and so on .i googled it and it is called dynamic behaviour ,thought it only happens when the problems are coming .
My grafic is at high-normal.
My specs are:
Intel i-5 12500H 2.50GHz
16gb ram DDR 4
nvidia geforce RTX 4060
Windows 11
I play on a gaming laptop from Gigabyte.
And for example ,i get 110 fps average (normaly) on the industrial site .

please guys help me ,it makes the game unplayable for me.

 

Lower the graphics to low-lowest and see if that fixes the problem, if that doesn’t work, check how many mods you have installed, if you have more than 100 mods enabled, disable some mods and see if that helps.

 

Thank you for your reply .I forgot to mention that I deleted all my mods ,cleared my cach an went into safe mode .
I tried it with the grafik (set it to lowest possible) and it worked .On the industrial site i got 400 fps and the problem was vanished.As i set the grafik to high it came again .
I don´t understand why the problem was the grafik .I played the game with high grafik for many weeks and it was all fine .Also my specs are really good and i optimized the grafik in Geforce expierence.

May I asked a question again ?
I optimized the grafic in Geforce Expierence again (normal-high) and wanted to try if the problem was still there .It is .
But than I immediately changed it to the lowest (game was still running) and the problem occured it again even if the game grafic is set to lowest .
It did the dynamik fps ,but with higher fps (120 to 60 to 80 so on) .
I`am wondering if the problem is still the grafics card or maybe the server or a file is missing .

I know its already end, but I want to tell you something, I think your gpu dosent use full power, try turn on windows game mod.

It is not as simple as the card doesn't get enough cooling? Dust in the fans?
