Massive Constant Lag

    before the update i could run it fine, not when i load a map i get 10-11 fps on all maps and all of the terrain and vehicles load in very slowly. i have tried deleting all of my mods and reinstalling the game, but to no avail.
    specs
    Gtx 750ti
    intel 4690k i5 overclocked 4.3 Ghz
    8gb ram

    Turn down graphics settings. Turn off dynamic reflections.
