This is my suggestion as a variant for the official bus that's coming in the next update. My suggestion is a Mass Casualty Incident (MCI) bus configuration, which has lots of emergency lighting, covered windows, and an interior meant for MCI use. These buses are more or less based on their public transit counterparts, but meant for MCI responses. As such, these buses may be seen during a MCI drill/simulation. That is my suggestion, so if you feel like you want to contribute to my suggestion...feel free to do so.
