Maps not loading, getting stuck at spawn

    Can someone help? I have disabled ALL mods, deleted and reinstalled the game, and searched the forums. Nothing

    Maybe try pressing (shift c), or (j) and see if anything happens. I'd also like to ask what specs you are running on

    When I push Shift-C to use freecam, it just does freecam. You can't spawn cars, or anything. Pausing doesn't do anything either.

    My specs? Hahaha... well...

    Dell Inspiron 3847
    Intel Pentium G3240, 3.1Ghz
    Windows 10
    Intel integrated graphics, 112 MB of GPU. It's crap
    4GB Ram
