Map is gone²

I'm going crazy, this update fu**** up my map again.
This time I've made a backup a day before the update, but not even that works, the map looks like at the beginnig, i don't know what to do, how can I keep the map updated without beeing deleted by new updates?

 

every update is going to "**** up" your maps and mods. you have to install mods in this version without unzipping them by just placing the .zip file in the mods folder.

 

My work-in-progress maps don't reference any game files at all, and they have survived every update so far, so I'd guess that you've failed to copy all resources to your map to make it a full standalone mod.
