Making PBR Light Runner Skins?

I know that light runner mode was an odd addition that seems to be getting phased out, with the bolide revamp removing the light runner config, but I re-watched some of the old Hot Wheels Acceleracers cartoons and felt inspired, I was wondering if it's still possible to make light runner skins with the new PBR textures, or if that's a thing of the past. I haven't done really any skins before, I wouldn't mind getting into it and trying it out for the first time, but I couldn't find anything related to the light runner glowing skins.

 

I am pretty sure that the glowing emissive skins are possible. Since I know you're in the Crown vic discord I would ask Maxxie, the Night City police skin he has for the crown vic glows. Might be a decent jumping off point for you.
