So my car (not saying which one) is having a bit of drifting in tight corners (like a mountain road or 2nd turn in hirochi raceway). The problem is that the car ( AWD ) is having trouble getting its rear-end out and turning. But, when it does its a bit too late and it drifts too wide, like in a drift oval track.

So is anyone able to help with the car so it can drift in tighter corners and give it some ease in getting the rear end out.

Try adding a little bit of toe out to the rear suspension. You can also try slightly softening front sway bar and slightly stiffening rear sway bar.
As this games suspension is realistic, you can search the interwebs for similar problems to this and get a much quicker and possibly more insightful answer.

More power? I'm not even joking, it works.

Maybe for rear wheel drive, not for AWD and definitely not for FWD. You could try adding more torque split to the rear or increasing the rate of diff lock so that it almost acts like weak handbrake which should help the back step out a little bit more.

Wait is positive toe, toe out? or is it the other way around?

Oh and wings are a no go for this car. Only one wing for this car and it is to obnoxious.

More power is pointless in a twisty mountain road.
