I remember an old car called Project Thunder (yes it's a stupid name) which was remarkable for two things, being put through the front of a shop by its owner about a week or two after he got it (turns out giving 17 year olds high-powered RWD cars isn't always a good idea) and being glow in the dark. The bottom of the paint job was done in an apparently very expensive luminous paint that would charge up with UV light (think fluorescent lights at a petrol station) and then glow in the dark. I would love if we could have some fluorescence in the game for our photo modes but understand it might be too difficult to add.
