You are running the game using an Intel Integrated Graphics (also called 'Integrated Graphics' as they are part of your CPU).
Those things are pretty basic, and are not meant to run complex games.
Also a note that these are below the game's minimum requirements.
    https://wiki.beamng.com/Requirements

It's not correct to compare with other games either, as BeamNG.drive is quite unique there:
Along-side the graphics, there's also the complex physics that needs to be calculated (which in your case are both being done by your CPU)

If your laptop has a Dedicated Graphics Card, you need to configure your settings so that its being used:
    https://wiki.beamng.com/Dedicated_Graphics
If your laptop does not have a Dedicated Graphics, you don't have much to do.

Second point is pretty generic, I cannot answer that.
Some users have problems after an update because they use mods, and they forget that they can become outdated / broken after an update.
If you have any, please go check the installed mods.

Third point is related to some issues we currently have with the Intel Graphics Card.
We are working with Intel to solve these, but it may take a while as we don't have the hardware to replicate this ourselves yet.

As the post above already says, your using integrated CPU graphics. BeamNG is very heavy on your CPU, and is different than GTA V or CSGO. You really need to get a decent dedicated graphics card if your on a desktop. If on a laptop, I wouldn't bother playing BeamNG until you get one with a dedicated graphics card.

That's... not how it works, I'm afraid. Playing BeamNG on a laptop that old that has an integrated GPU isn't the best decision, due to plethora of reasons. Your best bet is to either get a proper PC or buy a much more powerful laptop (buy second-hand if you can) as otherwise you can pretty much dream about playing BeamNG

If you´re planing to mainly play BeamNG, I´d recommend an older Ryzen 5 or 7 (1600 or 1700), get a decent board with 16gb of DDR4-2800 or DDR4-3200 Ram
GPU wise, either a 1070 or Vega 56/64 (Dont buy those overpriced RTX cards, especially not a 1660 or smth)
The PSU should be smth around 700 watts to be safe with Ryzen and Vega (Seasonic or Corsair, dont cheap out here)
Then get some random case that you like, and an ATX board will fit in, some fans, CPU cooler and a decently big SSD and maybe a 2TB HDD, and youre done

If you can get a desktop, refer to the comments above me.

If your lifestyle requires you get a laptop (student who can only afford one computer, nomad lifestyle, etc...) then look into an external GPU paired with something that has a good CPU and ram.
