Low Performance with Vulkan Mode

Hello, can anyone give me a reason why my game gets very low fps with Vulkan Mode?
On the West Coast Map without Vulkan I’m averaging around 50+fps, but with Vulkan mode I’m around 12fps.

If anyone knows please let met know what’s causing this issue, would gladly appreciate it if someone’s willing to help

Not your PC, Vulkan is just unstable and will never work properly until it's completed.

You have a better GPU than me, but something I've noticed is that (at least on my system) Vulkan runs worse than DirectX when the graphic settings are set to high/ultra quality...
So its kinda like:
Low-Med Quality -> Vulkan performs better (most of the time)
High-Ultra Quality -> DirectX performs better

 

I've never had that issue.
Vulkan always runs better, no matter the settings.

probably more AMD and NVidia stuff.
One works better for certain things, the other for other things.

 

Try setting just lighting and textures to mid, rest can stay on Ultra. Then Vulkan should outperform Dx11

 

Hi. I also have a problem with Vulkan. Until now I had a 1080TI 11GB, I7-9700k, 32 GB 3000Mhz, and didn't notice the problem. It is known that there was an insufficiency in FPS, but it worked on Vulkan those 20% faster than on D3d11. And the card itself gave the ability to play on d3d and Vulkan.
But I also have an RTX3070 8GB. And performance-wise in most maps is better than on D3d11. The problem comes in maps that are simply bigger, like Alpine OHV, Caldera Bay or even WCUSA. Here Vulkan suddenly does 10 FPS, while the same thing on D3d11 already manages 80 FPS.
This is I understand a problem with VRAM opimization by the Vulkan driver?

( I'll add that I sometimes use HP Reverb G2 and at full resolution the game looks very nice, but to fire it up you need Vulkan and here again the problem (I omit that RTX3070 is too weak a card for VR and BeamNG at high settings, and only then it makes any sense)
