If I spawn in more than one car, my fps can drop as low as 30 fps. Anyone know any fixes? My CPU is an i7 7700k btw.

What graphic settings are you using? Any re-shades, I have a similar PC spec and West coast USA is fine with any graphics setting and multiple cars as long as I keep away from the city.

High graphics settings, no dynamic reflections, and it does happen in the city, and interstate quite a bit.

    Also, no reshade.

OK, I seem to have a problem with the number of mods as well, the less mods the better the frame-rate. I have also run without Steam, and with minimal tabs open which surprisingly can help the frame rate.

Hmm, thanks. I'll clear some mods out when I get home.

    Got the same issue here.
Try closing any non-windows background processes that may be hogging the FPS, if this doesn't work then it could be a multitude of problems, such as RAM space or memory/disk space.
Soon enough the devs will release a patch or two that may or may not fix WCUSA's framerate problem.

you can always check the windows task manager program to see what resources are actually being used, and by what program, so you can determine if you should yell at bill gates or thomas fischer

Delete unnecessary mods, lower graphics to Normal and it should be all good
