I have a 9800x3d with rtx5080 on a oddyssey Neo g9 32:9 and struggle to get 30fps on any graphics settings (low medium high) . I had no mods and uninstalled and reinstalled, but the issue remains. Traffic is set to 4 cars. Ive tried Vulcan, reducing And turning off options but can’t seem to make it playable. The trees and shading also flicker. Can someone help?

Have you look at the Nvidia settings or something. Could it be the windows mode that you're on. Go to Windows settings and try and look and see what's going on with those because if it's on best efficiency it's going to throttle the game but if it's on balanced. You should be fine but if your system is overheating that would explain it as well

*Shrug* tinker around within reason. If it's a laptop plug it in and see if that helps if it's a Windows thing or I don't know. I know I got a computer that really exaggerates the issue when you have an unplugged computer because it's a laptop but oh my goodness yeah.... Hopefully that helps
