Loss of All Mods After 0.36

    After update 0.36, I lost all my downloaded mods, both from the in-game repository and the mod files. I was able to just move all my mods downloaded via file (So non-repository mods) over from 0.35 (which should've been done automatically) but my other 70+ mods taken from the repository are all gone!

    Is there any way to recover them or will I just have to painstakingly find and redownload all my mods again?

    And is there any way to prevent this from happening in the future?
