Looking for these BeamNG maps

So I often see maps and mods that coolkidfrmbx on YouTube uses, but he never puts credits in the description or comments so I have to resort to asking here
1. first map (some kind of russian map, its apparently paid, but how its called and where to find it?)
2. second map (video is age restricted atm, but there will be some screenshots below, some offroad map)
