Looking for a Mod I Saw in a Video

Hello,
I remember watching a video where, about every 30 minutes, a pop-up window would appear giving the player two options to choose from. For example, you might have to pick between not being able to use a certain button or losing access to your inventory.

Does anyone know what mod this is or where I can find it?
