Why should we decide ? Both are great wheels to play with .. If you have the moneys, sure get a G27.. If not just stick with your current one.. It´s good too,

    G27 is t r a s h compared to a Fanatec wheel, imo.

Coming from someone who's had 5 (!) G25's and all of them died on me, my next wheel is gonna be a Fanatec. Even if the shifter is trash.

I have a G29 but I still feel like the FFB on it could be better, that said BeamNG has really floaty feeling FFB to begin with by default, I'd reccomend maybe getting another racing sim and decide based on the FFB in that.

My G27 is going strong after two years almost daily use. Anyway, a G25 you find now is probably broken, well used, or very expensive if it's in good condition.

Yeah, I recommend the G27. If you don't like how the shifter feels, there are mods out there for it.

G27s are crazy expensive. Used ones can cost at least $150 or more. There are even ones for a whopping $700. And why doesn't your DFGT have a shifter?

In the US at least a new one was/is just about $350 or something like that, been a while since I've checked, but that said that isnt that much for a racing wheel, thats a pretty normal price and even a bit on the cheaper side, most cheaper wheels are what would be considered entry level wheels, and if you want to get a serious sim racing setup you could spend a lot more than that, that said for the price point of the G27 maybe look around and see what thrustmaster has to offer, I personally have a G29 and definitely feel like it could be better.

I already have an $80 wheel, the Thrustmaster Ferrari 458 Italia and it sucks. Two pedals, no shifter, and the pedals broke a long time ago (only had this wheel a little over a year).

    I wouldn't say it's the worst, either.
I got lucky, and found a G27 for 100 bucks. For what you get, it is quite a deal. You get pretty damn good FFB, three pedals and a shifter. It has a robust motor and it takes a beating. Been chuckin this wheel around for 2 years almsot daily and going

The G27 is very different from the g25. Also the value for money is fantastic, and for me it's been incredibly reliable so far.

Why would you talk down on the G27 based on the experience you had with the G25? It's night and day compared to the G27.
