Locale settings do not apply to cruise control keybinds

    The cruise control speed increments are in KM/H for the keybinds, despite the units being set to imperial (MP/H) and the Cruise Control UI app using imperial units (MP/H). I have tested it and it does increase / decrease the speed by 10 km/h, then converts it to mp/h (so 10/1.6 mp/h). This is in safe mode, with the only settings modifications being fullscreen mode and adding the Cruise Control UI app
