Loading Screen Sometimes Won't Disappear

I'm just curious and it is a known problem, but sometimes when I load a map, the loading screen doesn't disappear, and I could still hear my car just fine. What could be causing this?

Seems completely random.
I personally never had that, but I also don't have much mods enabled compared to other users.
I feel like there is a connection in there, as sometimes suggesting to disable the mods seems to solve that for some.

Having this happen to me sometimes too. It usually happens when I plug in my wheel and start the game.
