Loading issue

I am having an issue with beamNG.Drive where it is not reading the save files and mods in my documents folder, my support code is 40002 (only a few mods i forgot to remove from ingame repository) ingame console doesnt yield anything useful

What do you mean with 'save files'?

Your support code does not contain anything useful (missing files).
Potentially something is blocking the game from accessing that folder. Check your antivirus and similar software, as well carefully check this list: https://wiki.beamng.com/Incompatible_Third_Party_Software

when i say save files i mean the configs i made, settings etc etc, would gyazo cause any issues because it's the newest software i have

i read the windows defender part and i think it has the controlled folder access setting on, i'll double check it later on
