Loading certain mods causes game to "use too much memory."

    To start I have 274 mods, so when I try to load a certain mod which is one of my favorites the game freezes when trying to load it before saying it has attempted to use too much memory, as far as i'm aware this is the only mod which does this, I have attached a video showing ram usage as i attempt to load the mod and to state i have 2 sticks of 16gb of ddr5
