Not going to name names here, but there has been an author who has been "clogging up" the repo recently. There should be something in place where if your'e going to make 10 very similar mods, they have to be put in a pack. Just my two cents, as all the mods are fairly similar. I don't mean to throw shade, just thought I'd bring it up.
The problem is that some kind of mods cannot be packed into a single mod and still work by simply drag&drop.
Ok, but maybe a limit to how many mods can be submitted ion 24 hours? I don't have a problem with how many mods people have up, just when theyt submit a ton at once, it seems like they are just belting out mods on after another aimlessly and they aren't really contributing to the game, nor high quality.
I will leave this here, give it a read.. https://www.beamng.com/threads/repository-traffic.52854/page-3#post-810431 With 'By date' ordering there's no real solution. You can see the same on Steam workshop. Limiting daily mods IMO won't help, just increase the mod approval queue unnecessarily. And modifying core parts of the website repository is also not much feasible, as it could potentially break other things. We will discuss and see what's possible, but generally speaking is not much easy thing to solve. The work needed may not even be worth for some 'specific/random' cases like that.
