Launching with Vulkan from steam big picture mode

Hi, Just wondering if it is possible to play beamng with vulkan from the big picture interface? When I try to play, it doesn’t give me an option and just loads into standard, my AMD setup plays much better with vulkan.

Haha, I can definitely see how big picture mode would be annoying for a desktop type setup. But for a dedicated game only setup in lounge room, it is so nice to be able to navigate with a controller.

 

Anybody? I see there is a launch option, I tried -vulkan. It didn’t work

 

Honestly dude you're probably the only person on earth that uses big picture mode, I've thought about it and have no clue how to help. If you haven't tried yet post it in the 0.26 discussion thread.

Second this. Feel like there should be such a command as I want to try using Vulkan on my Steam deck. '-vulakn' still does not work in the 'launch options' on steam.

 

If you still need this, I figured out a way to do it on my end.
Try going to properties, then launch options for beam.NG,
Enter "-gfk vk"
Launch it again, I hope this works for you or anyone else.
