Oh my god it's Austin from Pretend Race Cars.

 

I would love to see a addon in the future with more skins. It is awesome to see all of the variations so far going around the track but kind of empty when they all split up. so if that is a possible solution then great! I did notice the link to do your own skin but I still don't know how to do that -_-

 

I've really enjoyed this stock car so far. I equalized the pressure between the tires and shortened the transmission a bit before testing it out on public roads at East Coast. It's durable and good over bumps, but still appropriately challenging to reel in an inevitable slide at high speed if you aren't keeping it balanced and using smooth steering. Will have to test it on an oval map with AI later.


Only addition off the top of my head that I might suggest is a restrictor plate limited engine option, though I'm not sure if there's also weight differences with the limited late model cars.

 

I still want to know if they will blowover :c

 

Late Models rarely ever do that. The tracks they race on are so small it's impossible for them to blow over. The only way you can get them to flip are if you hit a car hard enough, or hit a wall hard enough.

 

How do I get the update? Did you just replace the file on the original post, or is there a link that I'm too stupid to notice?

You're right, a late model does have about 350 HP. This isn't a cup car, it isn't anywhere near realistic for a late model to be able to perform that way.

 

Suggestion: Add some muscle car noses:

OK, thats the monster energy nascar cup series. This is a late model that would be found racing at a short track, such as New Smyrna Speedway, Five Flags Speedway, Slinger Speedway, and Langely Speedway. Late model =/= cup car

IIRC our specs are 458hp with the chip set at 7000rpm.
