here is a concept sketch i did for a bigger modern european van by gavril. just thought i could share it along with some of my thoughts around it. mpv variant van/transporter lore, inspiration, concept this would be a bigger brother to the [gavril scout by LucasBE] in the european arm of the gavril brand. as is probably immediately obvious, this design mostly inspired by or based on a 2016-2019 volkswagen t6 multivan/transporter. i took the basic shapes of the van and made a gavril version with some of the design language and shapes/elements from the gavril scout. although based on the volkswagen it is supposed to be an equivalent to larger eurovans and takes _some_ elements from the ford transit. for size it could either be similar to the t6 or maybe inbetween that and some of the bigger european vans, like the volkswagen crafter, mercedes sprinter or renault master. the latter could make it so there is no need for an even bigger van, which would basically be the same concept just in a bigger size. in addition to the mpv and van variants, there are of course all sorts of versions and configurations (longer wheel bases, higher roofs, camper van, pickup, ...) imaginable. there is certainly no shortage of ideas on my end. as for the name i don't have an exact idea for what would fit or i like so far. i could imagine h-series might be fitting for a more modern and european version of that. on the other hand a name, that is a word might fit better in line with the scout. i have also asked chatgpt for name ideas (inspired by scout) and some of the better names it returned were: hauler, pathfinder, pioneer, trekker, expanse future i would certainly love to implement this vehicle idea as a mod vehicle, but that will not happen very soon, if at all. thus far i have only dabbled with mod creation and simple part creation, but i'm nowhere near being able to make whole car. i also have some experience with 3d modelling, but have never really been able to make a car successfully. but who knows, maybe i will find a way to make it happen, although it would be very slowly, as i don't have that much time to spend on modding. if anyone wants to beat me to it in making this a reality, feel free to do so (with credit of course). my brain is endlessly full of ideas for vehicles and vehicle categories that don't really exist for the game so far, so maybe i will continue to make some design and concept sketches for now hope anybody enjoys looking at this and feel free to let me know your thoughts ^^
