D-15Gauge[Available Right Now!] H-SeriesGauge [WIP, Perfect Accuracy, considering design, not yet released] Grand MarshalGauge [Available, costom tacho, near-perfect accuracy] This is the first one I'm releasing publicly, it has Airspeed too so it doesn't freak-out all the time, and the odd number spacing is because it is near-perfect accuracy. FOR GUI AIRSPEED: Airspeed-Dig-speedometer-Km-h-MPH [Need to update but works perfect for now] - Please only link this post in YouTube videos and I'd rather you not re-upload -
Thanks, that means alot. I worked really hard on this. I have working concepts on other vehicle but the truck and van are the best of the bunch right now, however idk if I can release the van's speedo atm due to design decisions.
Not all Americans use imperial, hell, I don't use imperial for anything anymore unless I am speaking to someone who doesn't use metric (When I say stuff like "It was 4 feet long"). I am in AP Chemistry, Physics and was in AP Biology last year, you HAVE to know metric to be in those classes.
My choices and the federal government's choices are not the same, If I used a KMH speedometer I would not know what speed to go. I do not, by free-will, use the Imperial System, are you pleased with this clarification?
This is brilliant. Keep it up Freaking love it, waited for something like this for so long. Awesome mate, simply awesome.
older cars in the US do as well (for example my parents 2003 ford expedition has both printed out on the speedo)
On my family's car you can just change the setting and it will move the gauge up faster or slower (2006 Pontiac Grand Prix).
So gauge is marked let's say 0-200, press button and needle points to right number in mph, press button and it jumps to right number for kmh? Sounds like a neat approach. Dual marked dash is remarkably simple though. Seen a few euro cars come marked in only km/h and then have a joint mph-km/h version in UK and a few other countries, surely it makes more financial sense to just make the 1 dash variant with both markings?
Well I do this for the purpose of the video game, Canadian speedos have tiny markings for mph... however tiny markings like beamng tiny... and in beamng you seem to need 4k to read that tiny writing...
well this is what i was talking about: http://images.dealerrevs.com/gallery/photo.php?id=48805621 (forums wouldn't accept the image) it has both KMH and MPH printed out (ours is also more white than orange, other than when headlights are on at which point it's green)
I have a digital dash so I have a button that switches it back and forth. No has a digital dash for Beam yet right? That's an idea that could probably be scripted...
