hey i can help you. if you are don't own a debit card, there are 3 ways to purchase the game
1. ask a family member or friend to borrow credit or debit card
2. purchase a general purpus Gift Card at a local corner store and etc. (make sure it has CVV code(3 digits))
3. purchase a Steam card at most stores. you'll need at least a 50$ card.
there's currently a discount going on steam, so hurry up to save some money!

Only this once though, it's on sale right now and I'm feeling generous, it's not like I'm gonna go around spending money on everyone.
