Keyboard inputs glitching, as seen below.

    Basically, the keyboard inputs aren't consistent and they "flicker" in which is causing:
    -My steering to glitch and sort of go "back and forth"
    -My gas pedal barely making any power
    -Pretty much any other button "flickers" as well.
    As far as I have checked, my keyboard and its connection to my computer are fine, and it works well.
    What could it be?
