the twin turbine radiator is too underpowered... the car even overheat when its in reverse.

 

Please, add some actual parts like the turbines, it would add loads to this mod! Great mod as it stand though, please look into the overheating problem others have mentioned too

I'm not too sure what you mean. You don't see any turbines on the real turbine car.

Update waiting for approval!

• Added brake thermals.
• Redid transmissions and some diffs - old ones were sloppy and transmissions almost never downshifted.
• Added sport config. Does 0-60 in just under 6 seconds.
• Added ABS brake parts to be used on the sport version.
• Tweaked radiators to prevent overheating. Also raised flash points so the car would stop starting on fire!

No, it uses trickery to make you think it does (not joking )

 

Nice mod. I remember very old similair mod for one of earliest BNG versions, where Grand Marshal being given turbine based on that Chysler... Sadly later updates of game, leaved that outdated mod being broken, and finally you brought Jetside
Can i ask a little request? Japan version of it based on Miramar, is it possible? And is it possible to add it as additinal parts to base miramir, not dpuplicating vehicle?

 

It is entirely possible and shouldn't prove too difficult. I think I'll do this in the coming weeks!

I hope that it will be updated at some point. I really did like this mod. I liked how creative it was.

 

I have tomorrow off from school so I'll see if I can bring it up to snuff. Shouldn't take too long - I just get lazy unfortunately.

 

Well, it's with some sadness that I am abandoning this project. I am serious, I've spent three hours trying to make this work (yes, it loads and that stuff) but the friction properties just will not change. I have no clue why setting the differential friction to 0.00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001 doesn't change anything. The problem that I can't fix seems to be an extreme amount of friction in the driveline seemingly coming from the differential. Changing ratios messes it up more and renders the transmission and engine configurations obsolete. I am also serious when I say I set everything, all the friction values to the above zero figure and nothing changed.

Well, it was a concept. The game can't handle how this car is meant to run. I'm sorry. I'm not spending anymore time on this. I hope you enjoyed it while you could.
