JBeam Load Order Bug

Hi there. I've found that if putting things in the 'root level' slots (purple line), these are parsed last regardless of order.

This is why I have my anti-lock braking system under the frame part.

For custom mods, this isn't an issue, but for mods of vanilla cars, this means people cannot use Additional Modification for abs, for example. People have to do some hacks ex. copying the entire body part and adding their part as the first subpart.
