For the first time since I started playing with JBeam, I've downloaded and used a JBeam exporter script to export my structures in Blender. However, the console window sees fit to inform me that I have a legion of duplicate beams, and based on Blender's edge count, the exporter has generated upwards of 90% more beams than are present in the Blender model. This is using Blender 2.75, and with this script: http://wiki.beamng.com/Blender_Exporter_plugin I have no idea if the above script is deprecated, incompatible with my version of Blender, or if I am simply not using it correctly. Any help is appreciated.
I knew I shouldn't have posted this late at night; I was always bound to have fixed it almost instantly afterward. Yeah, it's a single object, the issue I was having was from some of the settings that I'd had selected in the exporter's dialogue box. I believe it was mostly the 'edge from face' option, which was doubling up the beams whenever a triangle was present. But thank you for replying.
