Italy Map Not Loading Up

    Hi. I'm new to this game. I wanted to try out the Italy map, but when I start the map it just keeps on loading, saying stuff like "constructing buildings, building roads, etc.", but it never finishes loading. I have no mods installed.
    I thought it was just slow and it would load if I waited long enough, but after 30 minutes it's still not loaded. Also, any scenarios done on the map also doesn't load.
    Really wanna try out this map but I can't right now with this issue. Can someone help?

    Ok, for some reason the map works now after Clearing Cache.
