Issues with playing in new update

So lets go through what I am able to do;
I am able to start the game, no crashes.
I am able to pick my map(I reloaded all the maps moved in the version backup, and they load fine.)
I load, and I can drive around just fine, but I cant seem to use the hotkeys...
Ctrl+O doesnt work for options now
Ctrl+E doesnt work for selecting a new vehicle(This I suppose changed?)
And I lost all the input settings I had for my Logitech Driving Force GT after the update....
Could anyone shed some light on whats happening?
And I was looking at the Wiki and I saw some hotkeys have changed, but the ones I am trying to use have not.
Help?

 

I am trolling somewhat here today. Are you using 0.3.8.3? With 0.3.8.1 had to delete my documents\settings folder (the key-map memory), and 0.3.8.2 onto 0.3.8.3 the keymaps still stick, however now my user interface apps dashboard loses memory.

Save your previous settings folder in preparation if the developers need it. Good luck, never forget search bar.
