Issues after latest Nvidia Driver update 32.0.15.6614, Geforce GTX1070

Hello, as the title states I am having an issue after updating to this most recent Nvidia driver 32.0.15.6614. Card is a Geforce GTX 1070. Previously, when playing Multiplayer in BeamMP I could join my favorite busy server without issue, with about 10 players on.

Suddenly, I am receiving a 0x00000001 error when attempting to join this busy server. It will join and either crash immediately, or if I look downwards upon joining the game will continue to load slowly and stutter until eventually crashing after several seconds.

I can join an empty or less populated server without issue. However, this is sudden... I was in a busy server earlier today without much of a problem.

I've now observed this happen when spawning in a number of vehicles in singleplayer that would not normally crash my game. There seems to be some issue between BeamNG and this latest Nvidia update, which due to all the wisdom of the Nvidia app left no rollback on my system to go back to.

I simply wanted to report this in hopes that either a resolution is available (other than manually trying random older drivers until one works...) or atleast it is useful in some way.

UPDATE

I want to note that after uninstalling Nvidia App (their new product) and restarting, I have success again.

Nvidia app is the issue, for anyone who sees this. I feel it is worth leaving up.
