your ram is fine, your cpu is a bit.. meh.. but your GPU will be taking a LOT of the stress load, and how many cores does your CPU have? if you have 2 cores, don't bother getting beamng, if you have 4 core's, your fine, but your clock speed is low (2.6ghz) if you have 6, lucky bastared, but we need more specs than what you have provided us.

It still doesn't tell us what the GPU is, but seeing as it's a Satellite series notebook I'll just assume that it's the iGPU. The i5 is a hyperthreaded dual core. I have a similar chip (slightly weaker) in my laptop, and can run non-vegetated and full-mesh maps with a pretty respectable framerate on low settings. My biggest hindering factor is my HD3000, which seems to balance right on the cusp of playability for most games, including Beam. I've not used one myself but my understanding is that the HD4000 is quite a bit better than the HD3000, so I'd say you'd be good on low-med settings at your native resolution at ~30 FPS. Try the techdemo first, and subtract about 15 FPS from what you get there. That's what you can expect from vegetated maps.
