Ok, for example imagine a object that looks like a strainer with holes, then you start rising the terrain and ones it hits the object it strains trough the holes instead of going trough it like is not there, is there a way to do this? Any settings to rise terrain and when it hit the object it molds around and trough it?

If you want the terrain to change shape during play, then probably no.

If I understood you right no that's not possible because the terrain editor cannot detect said object and just rise the terrain around it

The editor would only detect at most a bounding box of said object, not an over-complex collision mesh.
