SOLVED Invisible Steering Wheel Bug (in game) 0.32.5.0

Hello,
I have this wierd problem with all Cars in BeamNG, that the in game Steering Wheel don't show up. Does anyone know how to fix this?
What happend: One time i downloaded the ETK 1300 refresh from the ETK 1300 Thread, after downloading the mod and spawning the ETK 1300, the Steering Wheel don't show up, i thougt that this is a normal bug in the Mod, but after that, a spawned another Car and that has also no Steering Wheel. Every Car, that i spawned had no Steering Wheel, also Car Mods that i downloaded 1 Month after this...


Q&A's to this problem:

Q: Do you tried Safe Mode?
A: Yes and the Steering Wheel shows up in Safe Mode, but it's awfull to go everytime in Safe Mode...

Q: Do you Cleared Cache?
A: Yes, all 3 versions but still nothing...

Q: Do you tried deinstall and then reinstall BeamNG?
A: Idk how i do this...

Q: Do you looked, if there was a Virus in the Mod?
A: No, but i think i will try it next time

Q: Do you tried to program it so that the Steering Weel shows up again?
A: No, because I don't understand the programming language...

Q: Do you deleted all of your Mods?
A: Yes but still the same Problem...

I think the "Hide Steering Wheel" was the problem or i must restarting the game after the reinstalling... But now the Steering Wheel is back! Thanks!
