Invisible Menu Glitch

When I launch BeamNG.drive normally everything is normal until I try to click the menu. The sound of the mouse moving from the panels can still be heard. If I click on the buttons, which I can still see on the screen then it will make the normal sound and I can click and the layout changes( I know because the mouse changes from pointer to the grabbing hand symbol). I have launched it in safe mode and then it works fine, but it doesn't remember any custom axes or button, so it is quite annoying. Hopefully there is a solution to this problem, thank you.
P.S. the background of the main menu also changes pictures like usual

Safe Mode runs the game with a temporary User Folder (ie. the folder that contains your settings and etc).
Every setting you change in that mode is not saved, as explained by the little popup window that appears before Safe Mode is launched.

For your Menu issue, please go to Launcher > Support Tools > Disable UI Hardware Acceleration.
That's an experimental option, currently enabled by default. Safe Mode disables it, but only during Safe Mode.
Since you said it works fine in Safe Mode, you should turn it off entirely in your case, using that button.
