Intel Pentium D processor

Is it possible for an Intel Pentium D processor to run BeamNG? It is in a Dell XPS 400 with a Radeon 7750.

I have another computer which is a built computer with an i5 Processor with a Radeon 7750. It runs BeamNG with 30 or so fps with lag spikes when the car wrecks.

I've noticed that the Pentium D processor is holding back the XPS 400 because it still can't get to the same graphics settings as the other computer even with the exact same graphics card!

Both computers also have 4 gigs of RAM.

I doubt the XPS 400 will even be able to get 10 fps on BeamNG.

 

The pentium d will not perform well at all.

 

I have my doubts... however I used to run Rigs of Rods on mine (sub 30FPS) so if you wanna give it a shot... by all means, but I doubt it

 

It probably won't do well at all... it's essentially 2 p4s in one package. Out of curiosity, which pD? There's a pen mod for the pentium D if you're good at soldering.

I'm too lazy to dig. Whats the FSB on that? You may be able to upgrade to an old C2D or something else on a 775.
