Intel HD (baytrail) Graphics issue..

    It doesn't clock down on light loads, it can clock down since when the battery goes below 10% it throttles from 620mhz to 160mhz. But even under light load such as the desktop it doesn't clock down on idle.
    I cant find any information on this, does anyone elses Intel HD baytrail graphics do demand based switching. On the intel ark website it says 340-640mhz or something along those lines.
