Insurancce in Career Mode

    I found that there's a bug that if you don't buy the insurance together with the car, I can't buy the insurance in the garage computer, the money will be deducted but it stills shows that "Insurance Required", so that I can't use that car.
    The issue appear when I don't purchase the insurance.

    From this photo, after I pressed purchase insurance, nothing will happen but money will be deducted
