Instead of image expanding, it downloads?

Dunno if it's just me but. The expandable images just about everywhere on the forums are no longer expandable, they just download onto my PC.

Is anyone else having the issue stated above?

Also i think there should be a "Forum Bugs" Section for reporting bugs with the forums.

Yep, same here. Every time I try to expand an image, it just automatically downloads it.

I though my browser was to blame, but apparently not.

The images on the blog are expandable, but images everywhere else are downloaded onto the computers. I hope this is fixed soon.

 

So it just downloads it? You guys don't get a dialog box saying do you want to open or save it and where do you want to save it? Or are you just assuming everyone knows that and I'm an idiot for thinking otherwise? Either way I'd be willing to bet it'll be fixed soon, plus it's not really a huge deal you can just open it so it saves in a temp folder or just save it to your desktop. I doubt people are putting virus' in pictures on these forums.

 

I think its only internet explorer that prompts like that, chrome doesnt. Dont think any tech savvy person really uses internet explorer either.

 

Firefox prompts as well.

 

Getting it too. I just click open instead of downloading obviously.

 

There must be frantic scrabbling going on at beam HQ. The wiki looks all funky too.

Chrome doesn't by default but I didn't like that so I made sure to change it to always prompt me.

However it is all back to normal now so yippee.
