    Hey there,
    I've got the following problem:

The game detects my GPU (R9 380X), but when playing my card stays at its idle clockspeed of 300mhz (it should boost to 1040mhz) resulting in, astonishingly stable, but rather unplayable 4.0fps. I haven't found any option in the Radeon settings and my drivers are up to date (v. 16.1.1). I should probably mention that a few months ago (when I played the game the last time) I did not have this problem.

If anybody knows a fix for that I'd be very thankfull :)

    System specs:
    Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro (Windowed)
CPU: Intel i7 4770 @3.4Ghz (be quiet! Dark Rock 3)
    GPU: Saphire Nitro R9 380X (4GB)
    RAM: 2 x 4GB HyperX Savage (1600Mhz)
    MB: AsRock Z87 Pro4
PSU: be quiet! Straight Power E-10 600W (Modular)
SSD: 120GB Samsung 850 EVO (Windows)
    HDD: 1TB Seagate Barracuda 7200rpm (Games/Programmes)

    Screenshot explained:
GPU: temparature in °C, fanspeed in %, clockspeed in Mhz
MEM: utilized GPU memory in MB
    D3D11: current fps
    CPU8: temparature in °C, utilization in %
    RAM: utilized RAM in MB

What graphics settings are you using?

Try to overclock the card, I run my Asus 380X at core clock 1060, memory 1555 +20 power limit and custom fan curve.

Double check your windows power setting is set to High Power. Also make sure under the advanced settings > PCI Express > Link State Power Management > OFF.
