See title. Currently the default heavy duty suspension is too soft. The weight of the cargo box on its own overloads it. Additionally, since there are no bump stops or other methods of limiting suspension travel the wheels can go through the floor, and in more extreme cases, the axle through the frame. These trucks should ride terribly. They're meant to have a massive amount of stuff loaded in the back. --- Post updated --- So, its been two weeks without a single reply. I completely agree with you. My dad's company has some steel trucks and they are so harsh to ride in! But when you load them up they're fine. We need to do this.
