In-game torque curve measured at wheels or at crank?

I was wondering if the in-game torque curve is measuring power at the wheels or at the crank. Likewise, is the "mainEngine" torque measured at the wheels or at the crank?

 

I believe it's at the crank. The friction modifiers downstream in the transmission, differential, etc. determine the wheel torque/power and the losses can be seen in the engine debug UI application.
