Afterfire?

Im wondering how afterfire works

this vid show it, but is it in game? it should be, i have not seen it in action yet and im wondering how

 

Yes it's in game. All Moonhawk drivetrains have it enabled in the code, for example.

You can spawn, say, a drag Moonhawk to see how it works.

 

It looks really great on the Barstow Dirt config

(I never bothered trying to learn which is the Terrible and which is the Awful. Surprised they didn't get replaced with actual dirt racing configs in 0.10.0 since they changed some config names or 0.11.0 since they added a dirt oval)

You even just posted an video showing afterfire coming from an sunburst.

 

No, quite a few vehicles have it. The Moonhawk simply has it enabled for all drivetrain setups.

 

ok, so the moon hawk has it pretty much all the time, but you would need the sequential transmission or something with the sunburst? I obviously have no clue what im taking about

 

Most high performance configs have it regardless of which vehicle it is. The transmission isn't what causes after fire. (I know what it is IRL, but I'm not actually sure what does in game. I may just be crazy, but I thought I heard it on an otherwise tame set up with N2O)

To cause afterfire, get in a race covet and rev up to around 7K RPMs then release the gas. Enjoy the flames and crackles.

Any car can do it, as long as it has a turbo/supercharger installed (can be N/A too, but harder to do it)... So even the Roamer with a Stage 1 Supercharger can do it

 

A pretty easy way to get afterfire is to remove the exhaust. The flames even come right from the manifold

 

Hey, i got the hirochi sunburst 1.8 stock with nothing extra to do it, then my game crashed and it said my anti virus deleted the ui?: hel-p please
