Can you specify about the game not recognizing the mod then?
It pops a warning saying "mod file not supported" or something like that
Weird that happens, since this is a zip file. You could try putting the issue in the troubleshooting section.
you downloaded the github version, get this one https://www.beamng.com/attachments/lamborghini-gallardo-improved-zip.869727/
ah i am semi retarded yeah that works xd
for some reason whenever i download this mod, the entire car has no texture
You're using the latest version of this game, correct?
yep, after redownloading it the textures work but after i tried to use the widebody the parts would show up, the other models did but the custom ones dont
A suggestion I would give is to try going to Appdata/Local/BeamNG.drive/0.24 in file explorer and then deleting the temp folder. You should also try to delete any main.material.json files you find in the vehicles folder in case you have saved any custom configurations. If you haven't, you can delete the vehicles folder to ensure that absolutely no traces of previous versions are left.
I'm having a little bug. For some reason, the starting sound doesn't work at all.
It must be an issue on your end since it works fine for me. Maybe try deep clearing cache.
For some reason the carbon fiber, the glass of the car, the black wheels, and the taillights and headlights are all full chrome. idk why. Is this happening to anyone else?
@Lucant maybe trying deleting temp folder this has not happend to me
I bet the Superleggera Edizione Tecnica could be a variant soon
If you do it yourself it's quite possible
It's a shame that no one wants to help with modification development. And probably the most enjoyable mod of this type has such annoying bugs like those in the interior where with 3D modeling skills it would take 2 hours to fix it
I officially mark this mod as Released, there probably won't be much more updates beside bug fixing and very minor improvement from my end.
The mod is still opened to improvements from the community, just send them to me or pull request on Github
The JBeam is not the best but I won't get the motivation to improve it further
Have fun with the mod for those who downloaded it!
Thanks for reviving this mod!
No prob, have fun using it!
I made a 5.0 Even-Firing Engine Sound mod.
It sounds so cool! Any chance I can try it?
